As a Talent System Administrator (Temporary position) you will be responsible for applying processes and procedures to both learning and talent acquisition systems.  

You’d be responsible for:

  • Helps to support business process owners on use of systems.
  • Creates and updates resources to train and support learners on how to use the technology for online and professional development.
  • Provide back and front-end application support. 
  • Manages project requests and timelines to ensure Talent team meets deliverables.
  • Acquires and maintains knowledge of current technology as it applies to LMS and ATS software and systems.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues relating to system functionality and software systems.

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • Strong customer service skills and experience, communicating with a variety of groups of customers at different levels.
  • Excellent communication, including a comfort level with heavy customer-facing interaction.
  • Prior experience working in a call center or help desk managing work in a queue.
  • Able to manage data electronically.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant work experience).
  • Relevant experience in a similar role developing engaging content, overseeing the system, and supporting end users. Experience with LMS 365 a plus
  • Project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple deliverables with competing deadlines
