Here’s what you’d do:

BrightView Landscape Services is looking for a Landscape Designer to support the Northeast Region.  This position requires a high level of creativity, organization and professionalism.  The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with fresh ideas, committed to staying on the leading edge of design, plant introductions and new technology.

You’d be responsible for:

• Working with fellow Designers and Account Managers to meet project needs
• Ensuring quality, accuracy and completeness of project work
• Developing the skills required to produce products in support of the work
• Learning and applying office standards
• Communicating with clients and consultants in a professional manner
• Traveling to properties for meetings with Account Managers and Clients to conduct site analyses and review program

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Contracting
• 3-5 years of full-time experience in Landscape Design, preferably commercial design
• Proficient with computer software programs including Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Microsoft Office Suite
• Hand drawing skills a plus
• Strong horticultural knowledge 
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced enviornment
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Licensure an added benefit but not required.
