Here’s what you’d do: 

We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Content Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-learning development, with proficiency in Articulate. As a Freelance Content Designer, you will collaborate with the Talent Management team to create engaging and interactive eLearning content in the LMS (Learning Management System) environment.  

You’d be responsible for: 

• Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and content.
• Create visually appealing and effective multimedia elements, including audio, videos, graphics, animations, and simulations.
• Ensure that e-learning courses are learner-centric, ADA compliant and compatible with LMS.
• Maintain all files in a central location for editing, storage and reporting. 
• Adhere to project instructions, quality assurance checklists and standards in course creation.  
• Perform tests, troubleshoot course functionality and update redundant content.

You might be a good fit if you have: 

• Proven track record as a Content Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-learning projects.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline and other e-learning authoring tools.
• Ability to recommend and use AI software for text, voice overs and video editing. 
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Ability to transform complex concepts into visually engaging and interactive e-learning modules.
• Experience with multimedia production, including videos, graphic design and animation.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to manage eLearning projects.
