Here’s what you’d do:

The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial reporting and analysis services for the assigned area. 

You’d be responsible for:

• Identify trends in financial performance, identify risks & opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist with preparing reporting packages and other key management reports
• Gather and analyze large datasets from various sources to support financial modeling and decision-making.
• Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams across legal, accounting, and operations
• Cross-functional business partner with Finance, Ops, and other core business unit leaders to provide data and help drive strategic decisions
• Research and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiries
• Perform additional ad hoc projects and analytics as necessary
• Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Build complex financial models to assess the financial implications of potential mergers and acquisitions, including valuation analysis, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analysis
• Perform comprehensive due diligence on target companies, reviewing financial statements, legal documents, and operational data to identify risks and opportunities
• Apply various valuation methodologies to determine the fair market value of target companies, such as discounted cash flow (DCF), precedent transactions, and market multiples
• Conduct thorough market research to understand industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities for target companies
