I would describe the culture at BV as very diverse. There's a lot of opportunity, a lot of growth here. You are not stuck at one spot. In that way, the culture is bold. When creating goals for myself, I want to learn how to best serve the desired client and how to retain them as a client for years to come. I want to build a pipeline, and figure out how to be the most effective possible / surpass goals in the defined territory I've been given.
