Helping Women Flourish at BrightView
Led by a group of women committed to the mission – and who volunteer their time to ensure its success – GROW (Growth in Relationships + Opportunities for Women) offers networking, professional development, and leadership opportunities for the women of BrightView. GROW’s mission is to attract, promote, and retain women within BrightView.
Along with philanthropy events, GROW features qualified leaders and speakers every month to represent women – highlighting women’s issues in the workplace, ways to gain and grow confidence, and promoting safety and retention for women. GROW is an Industry recognized organization and to date, more than 300 women have participated in professional development with hundreds more benefiting from online programs.
