Team Members enrolled in a medical plan are eligible to participate in the well-being program through Virgin Pulse. The financial incentives you earn for completing activities are deposited into the team member’s Health Savings Account (HSA) or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and can help to pay annual deductible and out-of-pocket medical expenses.
Team Members and their covered spouse/domestic partner can each earn up to $750/year depending on the medical plan in which they are enrolled.

Employee Assistance Program
EAP (Employee Assistance Program) is a voluntary, professional, and confidential service available to team members and their eligible dependents at no cost. The EAP can assist team members in finding resources for a variety of problems such as emotional, legal, and financial, as well as family, caregiving and daily living resources. All dealings with EAP are completely confidential.
Dependent Care
The Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) program allows team members to fund an account on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions that may be used to reimburse eligible dependent day care and summer camp expenses.
Voluntary Benefits
Hospital Indemnity- pays if covered individual admitted to a hospital.
Accident – benefits include hospitalization, ER and ambulance; beneficial for those with an active lifestyle and/or those who have children who play sports.
Critical Illness – covers conditions such as organ transplant, coronary bypass, stroke and heart attack; wellness benefit for yearly exams.
Short Term Disability - provides a source of income if become disabled and can’t work; monthly benefit (up to 6 months) varies depending on state.
